Stain Removal

Yorkville Cleaning Services does NOT guarantee the removal of mildew, rust, or stains caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.

Responsibility

We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.

We are NOT responsible for any harm caused to animals or people due to our cleaning supplies, we can use supplies provided if you choose.

We are NOT responsible for additional cleaning required due work done by other parties after our cleaners have left the premises.

All Clients have 24 hours to contact Yorkville Cleaning Services with any issues or complaints, after 24 hours all clients accept that we are not held accountable.

Cleaners will not clean areas filled with clutter or areas covered in hazardous material which can include but not limited to human and animal waste.

Clutter Free

All surfaces and floors are expected to be free of clutter to ensure the best clean provided.

Pets

All dogs or other pets should be put away during cleanings,

We do not offer refunds but do guarantee that we can come back and correct any errors caused by cleaners hired by Yorkville Cleaning Services.

Refunds

Appliances

If you request the inside of your appliances to be cleaned then you are expected to ensure all items are removed prior to the arrival of one of our cleaners. Food items will not be touched to eliminate the possibility of contamination.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change if surfaces are excessively dirty and cause cleaners to spend a excess amount of time on areas.

Special Care

Clients are required to inform Yorkville Cleaning Services of items or surfaces needing special care.

Yorkville Cleaning Services is local company that relies primarily on word-of-mouth recommendations, so please communicate any questions and/or concerns within 24 hours of service so we make it right.
